Camp Shape is a 4-week overnight wellness camp in the San Bernardino Mountains where kids ages 8-17 get strong, make real friends, and actually want to eat their vegetables. No screens. No drama. Just growth.
Forget the lecture. At Camp Shape, kids learn by doing -- sweating, cooking, breathing, and building friendships that last long after the summer ends.
We teach kids how to calm their own minds -- tools they will actually use when school gets stressful, when they get nervous, when life gets hard.
Sounds simple, but most kids are dehydrated all day and do not even know it. We make hydration a habit they stick with because they feel the difference.
Our campers cook real food, read labels, and learn why what they eat matters. Parents tell us this is the one that surprises them most when kids get home.
Our certified trainer meets every kid where they are -- no shame, no comparison. Campers finish the summer stronger than they knew they could be.
A $1,000 deposit holds your spot. Need help with the cost? Scholarships and payment plans are available -- just ask.
Too many kids are growing up with no idea how to take care of themselves -- not because they do not want to, but because nobody showed them how. That is exactly why Camp Shape exists.
Camp Shape is a nonprofit that believes healthy kids grow into healthy adults -- and that every child deserves access to that future, regardless of zip code or income. Every dollar donated goes directly toward making sure no kid gets turned away.
Something clicks when a kid realizes their body can do things they never thought possible. Our trainer works with every camper one-on-one to make that happen.
Six weeks is long enough for kids to actually know each other. Our campers stay in touch, show up for each other, and come back the next year asking for the same cabinmates.
We work with parents too -- because a kid who learns healthy habits at camp should not have to unlearn them when they walk back through the front door.
